Peter J. Marsh, DDS


Peter J. Marsh, D.D.S. received his undergraduate chemistry and pharmacy degrees from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford Oklahoma in 1981. Dr. Marsh practiced at Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center Hospital as a Pharmacist for over 10 years while pursuing a dental degree. He is currently a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Texas. Dr. Marsh attended the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch at Houston and graduated in 1986. In 2001 he was awarded Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Marsh was trained in Forensics by a Fellowship in Forensic Odontology at the University Of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Center for Education and Research in Forensics (CERF) in 2001-2002. He worked at the World Trade Center disaster, identifying victims and other local disasters like the BP-Amoco Refinery Explosion. Dr. Marsh is a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Odontology. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Forensic Sciences, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, International Association for Identification, TAGD,HAGD, APhA, TPA and various other professional organizations and study clubs. Dr. Marsh is currently serving on the Alvin Community College Police Academy Board. Dr. Marsh is the consultant for the Office of the Medical Examiners in Galveston County. Dr. Marsh is also the Odontologist for the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. He is in general private practice at the Manvel Dental Center in Manvel, Texas. Dr. Marsh is the Membership Chair on the Board of Governors in the American Society of Forensic Odontology. Dr. Marsh practices personalized, conservative, gentle care using state-of-the-art techniques in a comfortable modern facility. His professional staff makes you feel right at home.
